- To design our business model we must be able to answer these questions:
What is our value proposition?
Who are our clients and how do we relate to them?
In which segments are our clients grouped?
How do we reach them, what are our distribution channels?
What activities are key to getting our value proposition to our customers?
What resources are key to getting our value proposition to our customers?
How are cash flows generated?
What is the cost structure?
- In order to answer these questions we need to understand in depth concepts such as value proposition, segmentation or cost structure.
Strategy. How we will plan our activity, implement our business model and achieve the results we seek. Thinking strategically means “Think tomorrow and act today”.
