The structure of AIDIMME is made up of: Governing Body, Representation-Management and Director of the Association.

General Assembly

Supreme Organ of Government of the Association, is constituted by the totality of the associates and presided over by the President of the Association.

Representative and management body and its members between 21 and 30 are elected by the General Assembly. All the positions of the organs of the Association will not be rewarded.

Director

The Director, appointed by the Governing Council, is in charge of organizing and directing the work of the Association in all its aspects. He attends the meetings of the Association's bodies with voice but without vote.
