EXPERT IN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION - AGENTS OF CHANGE

Services

The Agents of Change program is designed to train and mentor young people in the skills and knowledge necessary for their incorporation as agents of digital transformation in Spanish SMEs.
If you start the training program while unemployed, at the end you will join the job bank of the Ministry of “Agents of Change”, which has an aid of €20.000 open for companies that hire students who have successfully completed this training, for what employability is assured. If you are an active worker, at the end of the training you will have completed your company's Digital Transformation Plan, which you can apply immediately.
If you want to train in digital management and be part of the digital transformation in companies, you have to take advantage of this FREE program, which is part of the National Digital Capabilities Plan, included in the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain, and is funded by the European Union through the Next Generation EU funds.

Introduction

Companies are looking in the market for profiles with knowledge of digitalization, as well as people leadership skills or innovation projects. They are also interested in new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence. For this reason, we have designed a course that will address topics such as: digital marketing strategies, e-commerce, data analysis, artificial intelligence and much more, which will allow you to learn and apply these topics along with real practical cases proposed by companies. In this training we intend that, together with expert teachers with extensive experience in their respective areas, you develop skills in digitalization through the execution of individual and group challenges that will help you put into practice what you have learned, for which, during your training we will work with innovative data analysis tools and technologies such as PowerBI and Tableau, among others. We will also visit demonstrators and experimentation spaces in enabling technologies to learn first-hand about the different innovative Technologies available such as Artificial Intelligence and Computing, Cyber ​​Connectivity, Advanced Industrial Technologies, Virtual and Augmented Reality, Additive Manufacturing, Cybersecurity and more. Finally, the final project of this course guided by mentors will help you consolidate the syllabus received, generating the Digital Transformation Plan for an SME.

 

Addressed to

Young people up to 35 years of age who are unemployed or working in an SME with between 10 and 249 workers, who meet the following access requirements: 1. Required level of education (one of the 3 options): a) Bachelor's degree University Degree or in the last year. b) Higher Degree FP Title. c) Level 3 professional certificate, high school diploma or intermediate level vocational training as long as you have work experience of at least 2 years in a position linked to digital skills. 2. Required professional experience: minimum 6 months of previous professional experience including internships; except for the case indicated in point c) of the required level of studies.

Train Agents of Change, Digital Transformation professionals, trained to lead and promote digitalization processes related to business and strategic management, the improvement of customer processes and the implementation of digital enabling technologies.

Methodology

- In-person and virtual classroom sessions: a total of 150 hours of training will be given, of which a minimum of 45 hours will be in person and the rest via Zoom virtual classroom. During these sessions, the content will be taught in a practical way, with learning by doing and challenge-based learning (CBL) methodology, so that the students assimilate the content and acquire the skills.

- Individual and/or collaborative activity of the students: during the remaining 225 hours, the participant must carry out autonomous learning. To do this, we have the virtual platform Moodle in which there will be different resources so that she can continue her training and which will be continuously monitored and tutored by teachers.

The face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions will be combined with the individual and/or collaborative activity of the students per training module, so that with the individual and/or collaborative work we will verify that they correctly apply the knowledge acquired in the face-to-face/virtual classroom sessions and obtain the specific competencies of each module.
