Introduction

In an interconnected world, the synergy generated by teams is essential to achieve optimal results and remain competitive. In fact, leading organizations are implementing a new tactic: actively seeking strategies to integrate AI into teams to transform the business, they have already moved beyond using AI as an automation tool and are now pursuing Super-Teams (Source: Trends of Human Capital: Deloitte). As you can see, in what seems so futuristic, the teams remain the core on which to grow.

What does collaborative work offer compared to individual work? Teams offer diversity, promote learning opportunities, can address more complex problems, offer flexibility and faster results, reflect organizational values, and teams not only make us better workers, they make us better people.

OK! Let's get a group of people together and work as a team! Good try, but it is not enough... teamwork does not happen by chance, but rather by causality. Understand why what happens in your team happens with the methodology that is born and grows from this question: Why do some teams work and others don't?
