Attendees will obtain a general knowledge of the legislative framework created to mitigate and adapt to climate change and its consequences, the carbon footprint and its calculation based on the ISO 14064 standard, as well as different registration and certification options.

Climate change and its consequences are, according to Organizations such as the UN or the IPCC, one of the greatest challenges we face as a society today. Companies (greenhouse gas emitters) can play an important role in mitigating it. This is why the calculation of the carbon footprint, understood as a tool to know the climate impact of an Organization and address the implementation of reduction plans, has taken on great relevance in recent years.
