Introduction |
The current context, greatly marked by climate change, has led in recent years to the publication and approval of numerous agreements, strategies and legislative frameworks linked to its mitigation. That is why, at the end of 2022, Law 5/2022, on Climate Change and Ecological Transition, was approved in the Valencian Community. Said Law establishes a series of obligations (both management and fiscal) for companies that are located (or carry out part of their activity) in the Valencian Community, such as the calculation of the carbon footprint or the implementation of management systems. of energy.
