Introduction |
Team management and performance in coordination, management and organization tasks require a series of skills that do not have to do with technical knowledge of products or services (Hard-Skills), but with interpersonal skills (Soft-Skills). ). This type of training is not usually contemplated in regulated training itineraries, it has a very high impact at both the productive level and the work environment.
Based on interpersonal relationships, the program emphasizes skills that the main organizations such as the World Economic Forum define as basic for employability in the XNUMXst century: analytical thinking and innovation, active learning, problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, leadership, resilience, flexibility and stress tolerance.
