Food Contact Certificates

The AIDIMME Food Contact Safety Mark is aimed at metallic and wooden materials and/or articles intended to come into contact with food. It is based on the AIDIMME Trademark Regulation that includes the requirements for these materials according to Regulation 1935/2004 on materials and objects intended to come into contact with food and Regulation 2023/2006 on good manufacturing practices for materials and objects intended to come into contact with food. At the end of the certification process, the company will have a Declaration of Conformity (food contact) related to the intended use studied in the certified article. This Declaration of Conformity may be offered to its customers, together with the AIDIMME certificate, so that manufacturers can demonstrate compliance with food legislation.
