"FGVA-INDUSTRIAL LAB 5.0 2023" FGVA-INDUSTRIAL LAB 5.0 2023 - DEMONSTRATION PILOT OF OFF-LOCATED PRODUCTION CENTERS IN THE NETWORK DESCRIPTION During 2022, the development of the following demonstrators has been launched: • Additive Manufacturing (AM) • Robotics • Virtual reality/Augmented reality (VR/AR). In the year 2023, the development of applications that use these demonstrators on digitization technologies is proposed, based on the results obtained in various R&D projects related to them and executed by AIDIMME in previous years. The technologies involved are the following: industrial and/or collaborative robotics, additive manufacturing, artificial vision, virtual and augmented reality, digital twin and data analytics. OBJECTIVES • Show the possibilities of an Additive Manufacturing technology that processes metals. • Show options for the automation of internal logistics processes, using mobile robots. • Develop the digital twin of the automated demonstration line, which allows viewing and controlling various operating variables. Project Number: 22300014 Grant Agreement: IMAMCA/2023/2 Duration: From 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2023 Coordinated in AIDIMME by: SÁNCHEZ ASINS, JOSÉ LUIS R&D Line: INDUSTRY 4.0 RESULTS OBTAINED Año 2023: Los resultados del proyecto son tres nuevos demostradores, montados en las instalaciones de FEMPA, manteniéndose la sala de control, montada en las instalaciones de AIDIMME, con los equipos de comunicación necesarios para mostrar la conexión digital entre ambos centros. Demostrador de tecnologías de fabricación aditiva (FA). En este demostrador se ha instalado un equipo de fabricación aditiva que procesa materiales metálicos. Demostrador de tecnologías de fabricación inteligente. Se ha complementado la línea de producción automatizada, diseñada para montar memorias USB, con un robot móvil AMR que integra un brazo robótico UR 5 a bordo, para la manipulación de las piezas a transportar. Demostrador de RA/RV. En el demostrador se ha implementado el gemelo digital de la línea de producción anterior, así como aplicaciones relacionadas con seguridad y prevención de riesgos.
