"PRISM" PRISM (ANE) DESCRIPTION There is a need to develop and have a universal hardware and software tool that allows the direct or real-time acquisition of data that affects the behavior of products, facilities and installations in service or is necessary to know or predict its operation and anticipate problems that may compromise their security, and their subsequent automated computer processing, so that a versatile, adaptable and functional solution can be offered for any company, with easy access to data from anywhere by personnel not necessarily specialized and control without the need for additional developments. OBJECTIVES The system to be developed will allow: • Ensure access to companies to a system for monitoring and remote acquisition of high performance data and whose use does not necessarily require the use of highly specialized technicians. • Introduce a monitoring system under the plug'n'play philosophy, which allows its installation in any location and that works with hardly any changes or configurations. • Guarantee access to companies to a monitoring system that allows preventive measures to be taken to avoid failure and its potential consequences on products, facilities and infrastructure, increasing the reliability of the design made. • Implement hardware that can be configured and monitored remotely by system administrators. • Develop specific software that allows technicians to have instant access, using both web applications and mobile applications. • Have a system that allows the generated data to be automatically stored remotely and that technicians can access the data history. • Have a system that allows responsible technicians to receive personalized alarms when certain limits are exceeded, improving the safety of operations. • Establish a work methodology that gathers the essential criteria that allow working with the data monitoring system in a reliable and safe way.
