"MORPHEOS"MORPHEOS - MORPHOTYPE ECOSYSTEM - DESIGN REMOTE DEFINITION BASED ON BIG DATA MORPHOLOGY AND USE ECOSYSTEM FOR CREATIVE INDUSTRIES DESCRIPTIONTo create in the European Union a centralized open ecosystem based on consumer morphology and preferences where creative enterprises can have access to knowledge about customers expectations and need (“customization knowledge” in the following) to enhance their creativity and design processes. It will address the needs of EU creative SME manufacturers, consumers and creative web developers and entrepreneurs. Based on the analysis of actual solutions limits, Morpheos offers a different disruptive approach, exploiting actually available KET (smart mobile, 4G broadband), open ecosystem approach and social interaction not possible in the past. The main general objective of Morpheos is to calculate and update morphological and lifestyle preferences data of consumers without physical try-on and interviews to support cross-sector product design identification. OBJECTIVES- Deployment of a MORPHEOS PLATFORM for item suggestion based on unique identification of the customer and morphotype DB, in form of plug & play addons for major e-commerce platforms (Wordpress, Joomla, Magento, Prestashop) to be affordable, accessible to SMEs and fit for high design goods produced in EU. RESULTS OBTAINED2019 Year: Specifically in furniture sector, the final results are a set of web services that can be plug-and-play into any e-commerce site which will allow customers to customize and filter the search for items when looking for specific pieces of furniture or even decoration projects. This search filtered is based on two parameters, both captured by a mobile app developed within the project. The first parameter is the body parameters and measurements, which based on the person morphotype will determine the correct furniture item that adapt to the person; the second parameter is the personal preferences which includes the user perception about his / her home, the user interior decoration styles (can choose up to three), and the user home location.
Year 2019: A database of users morphotypes and subjective preferences which encompasses user perception about home, user interior decoration styles (can choose up to three), and user home location. This is extremely valuable information for interior decoration designers, furniture manufacturers, and website owners since they can cater to customers demands much easier.
