"FGVA - I400 - VISIONAR" VISIONAR - AUTONOMOUS PROCESSES CAPABLE OF MANAGING THE MANUFACTURING FLOW WITH MINIMUM EXTERNAL INTERVENTIONS. DESCRIPTION The objective of the project is oriented towards obtaining autonomous processes that are capable of managing the manufacturing flow with minimal external interventions. In this case, automation is based on the use of robots, and the autonomy of the process derives from the ability of the robot to adapt its trajectories automatically depending on the products on which it has to intervene (either performing a picking or other more complex operations), relying on artificial vision systems that allow reconfiguring trajectories in real time. OBJECTIVES The specific project goals for the 2021 annuity are as follows: • Evaluate the problems associated with the reconfiguration of robot trajectories through the identification of objectives based on artificial vision. • Develop an application that allows the automatic collection of products of different geometry, randomly positioned on a moving belt. Project Number: 22100005 Grant Agreement: IMAMCC / 2021/1 Duration: From 01/01/2021 to 31/12/2021 Coordinated in AIDIMME by: SÁNCHEZ ASINS, JOSÉ LUIS R&D Line: INDUSTRY 4.0 RESULTS OBTAINED Year 2022: The conclusion of the project carried out is that it is viable, with the appropriate artificial vision system and the part holding elements designed specifically for each model, to automate the collection of parts located in quasi-random positions with mobile equipment that does not require no type of fixed installation. This system allows you to reduce equipment costs and add versatility to automation. The design of the gripping system must be carried out on each part model, and this task is difficult to avoid. However, the entire configuration process for a specific application can be simplified: camera calibration with adequate lighting and automation of positioning trajectories in containers or pallets, based on the positioning planes. It would be feasible to build an application that would allow each user to configure the application, for an unlimited number of parts, in a simple way.
