AUNA 2.0 - OPTIMIZATION OF THE COLLABORATIVE PLATFORM FOR UNIFIED ACCESS TO DIGITAL SOLUTIONS IN THE HABITAT SECTOR (AUNA) THROUGH ALGORITHMIC OPTIMIZATION AND CONVERSION INTO A SERVICES PLATFORM




DESCRIPTION

In the first phase of the project, AUNA has implemented a recommendation system based on artificial intelligence tools that allows optimizing both the acquisition of these solutions by the habitat companies that use the platform, as well as their registration by companies that provide digital solutions for Industry 4.0.
This project will address the development of the second phase of the project, with the aim of optimizing the operation of the platform in a permanent regime or escalation of use, specifically it is intended:
- Strengthen the quality and accuracy of the recommendations made on the platform by updating the artificial intelligence algorithms used and implementing new visual options on the platform that allow feedback and update the company-digital solution matching process generated by the platform.
Facilitate the dynamic updating of the digital maturity profile of user companies registered in AUNA 2.0 longitudinally, that is, based on the progress made by these companies and the updates carried out on the platform by digital solution providers .
Develop and provide the appropriate means for the definition and implementation of a service model that facilitates the exploitation and sustainability of the platform, such as through the commercial exploitation of digital solutions registered on the platform.
Demonstrate the impact that the availability of web-based digital solutions can have in accelerating the adoption of new Industry 4.0 solutions in companies in the habitat sector.

OBJECTIVES

General Objective of the AUNA 2.0 project
Optimize the operation of the AUNA platform in a permanent regime and scale of use, through the improvement and extension of its recommendation system based on artificial intelligence tools, as well as through the definition and implementation of a model of new services offered to the users of the platform that favor its sustainability.
Specific objectives
Update the artificial intelligence algorithms and implement new options in the platform aimed at improving the accuracy and generalizability of said algorithms.
Define new points of contact (user touchpoints) with the users of the platform that make it possible to extend the subjective assessment of the user companies on the usefulness of the recommendations made within the framework of the progress made in the digitization of the company. This information will allow us to infer a greater dynamism and exploratory capacity of the recommendation algorithms as the size of the platform's user base increases.
Update the platform algorithm to significantly reduce platform maintenance costs in the medium and long term.
Provide the appropriate means for the definition and implementation of a business rules model capable of protecting the digital solutions indexed and hosted on the AUNA 2.0 platform based on the terms of intellectual and industrial property defined by the providers of said solutions.
Implement a set of options in the platform that allow the dynamic updating of the digital maturity profile of user companies registered in AUNA 2.0 (profiling).
Explore the use of specific mechanisms that allow existing natively supported applications to be migrated to the cloud, as well as to store usage preferences linked to a specific digital solution.
