Engineering for the analysis and simulation of in-service behavior of products, machinery and capital goods, structures and facilities

    The study of the behavior of components of any product, machinery and capital goods, structures and facilities against the loads they are subjected to, allows us to anticipate problems that may cause their breakage or compromise the integrity and safety of facilities and infrastructures.

    By carrying out these studies, it is possible to undertake preventive measures aimed at avoiding the failure and its potential consequences. From AIDIMME we approach these services in four stages:

  • CAE simulation of the system, determining among others the distribution of efforts in the components and their location.
  • Instrumentation of the system using strain gauges and other sensors.
  • From the analysis of the test data obtained, specific software is used for the correlation and interpretation of the analyzes carried out, determining the existence of potential problems that may cause failure in service.
  • Feedback and proposal of improvements in the design processes and numerical simulation. Activity of special relevance in optimization of singular structures, special unions, anisotropic, multimaterial materials, etc.
