Objectives |
Know the regulations applicable to the stowage of goods in transport to reduce accidents, in which trucks have been involved, due to an inadequate distribution or securing of the load. |
Contents |
- Presentation of the Regulatory Provisions, including those of the ADR (Dangerous Goods) and those of Royal Decree 563/2017 regarding roadside technical inspections, which transposes Directive 2014/47/EU, in what affects the subjection of load.
- Analysis of the basic aspects that affect the Loading and Stowage of Goods.
- Standard EN 12195-1:2010, including some of the criteria established therein.
- Aspects related to the lifting of packages (stacked loads).
- Consultation documentation related to the stowage of goods, published by different Entities. Guides prepared by the European Commission, IMO/ILO/UNECE-United Nations and the IRU, among others.
- Good practices in the processes of packaging and loading of goods. A compilation of good practices to be taken into account during the packaging of goods and their loading in the means of transport will be presented. The development of the Stowage Sheet will be influenced.
- Vehicle body structure and load stability during transportation. An overview of the Standards will be given: UNE-EN 12642 and PNE-PrEN 17321, in relation to the tests and requirements demanded.
- Tests to simulate the handling and transport of goods. The main transport simulation tests carried out in the AIDIMME Laboratories will be presented.
- Visit to the AIDIMME transport simulation laboratory.
