Introduction |
Conflict is a natural part of any team. However, when not managed properly, it can generate misunderstandings, tension, and deadlocks that negatively impact the work environment and team effectiveness. In sectors like metallurgy and woodworking, where coordination and trust among professionals are fundamental, learning to address conflict constructively becomes a key skill. This workshop offers practical tools to better understand conflict dynamics and develop new ways of managing them through communication, active listening, and the search for shared solutions. |
