Introduction

In an increasingly complex business environment, organizations need to make decisions quickly, analyze problems from different perspectives, and generate ideas collaboratively. However, many work meetings become ineffective because opinions, criticisms, intuitions, and emotions are mixed together without a clear order.
The Six Thinking Hats® method, developed by Edward de Bono, offers a simple and effective tool for structuring thinking and facilitating more productive conversations. Through this approach, teams learn to analyze a situation from different perspectives in an organized and constructive way.
This training will allow participants to learn the principles of the method and how to apply it in their daily lives to analyze problems, organize debates and improve team decision-making.
