Introduction

Team management and performance in coordination, management and organisation tasks require a series of skills that are not related to technical knowledge of products or services (Hard-Skills), but rather to interpersonal skills (Soft-Skills). This type of training is not usually included in regulated training itineraries and has a very high impact on both productivity and the working environment.

Based on interpersonal relationships, the program emphasizes skills that the main organizations such as the World Economic Forum define as basic for employability in the XNUMXst century: analytical thinking and innovation, active learning, problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, leadership, resilience, flexibility and stress tolerance.
