Benefits

Attendees will obtain a general knowledge of both the meaning and content of the Sustainability Reports and the requirements to be able to register in the Registry of Socially Responsible Companies, and practical information on how to integrate sustainability into the company's strategy.

Introduction

It is a fact that companies have to be sustainable to be able to compete in an increasingly demanding market, both at a commercial and legislative level. In this context, so that socially responsible companies in the Valencian Community can accredit it, the Department of Finance, Economy and Public Administration, through Decree 200/2022, has created a REGISTER OF SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE VALENCIAN ENTITIES. All of this is framed in the Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda. Integrating these SDGs into the management strategy of companies is essential to be able to contribute to the achievement of the objectives set by the United Nations. Furthermore, companies must not only adopt CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY as part of their mission, but they must also communicate it to their different stakeholders. Corporate Social Responsibility is communicated through SUSTAINABILITY REPORTS and exposes the performance of an Organization measured in economic, social and environmental terms.
