DEVELOPMENT OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS FOR ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS

Introduction

During the different modules of the course, students will be able to acquire knowledge to define product specifications, the function of the product and its requirements, the development of electronics, and design circuits, both analog and digital.

Product designers, assembly and maintenance personnel, engineers and related professionals who wish to begin or expand their knowledge in the design of electronic products, and related programming.

Objectives

Train in the design of printed circuit boards to be able to manufacture prototypes, and their mass production.

Contents

Theory:

- Editing and capturing schematics: configuration of design programs. 
- Drawing connections between design elements. 
- Obtaining the technical documentation of the electrical diagram: plans, list of connections, list of materials, etc.
- Standards for the placement of components and layout of electrical connections. 
 
Practice:

- Construction of printed circuits.
- Phases for the construction of printed circuit boards.
- Plate assembly techniques for prototypes.
- Manual assembly of plates.
- Assembly of a prototype on PCB (type circuit).

Miguel Mariano Colina De Vivero. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering and an Official Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering. Forty years of experience in research and development applied to the area of ​​electronic engineering in data acquisition and tomographic reconstruction in electromedicine, industrial controls, industrial processes and electronic products. Design of printed circuit boards, electronic circuits and firmware for industrial microcontrollers.

LOPEZ CATALUÑA, SERGIO
 
Industrial Electronic Engineer and Master in design of industrial automation and robotics installations, who since joining the Product Engineering team at AIDIMME, has applied his knowledge in the execution of product development projects in very diverse sectors. He has expanded his knowledge using tools for designing and manufacturing prototyping of electronic products and machine design. His eminently funny profile gives him as a teacher a special ability to transmit the necessary knowledge.
