Introduction |
Currently there are a series of realities that weigh down the company, such as the Silos Theory (compartmental hierarchy), complexity in the innovation processes and difficulty in detecting what the client wants.
Note: those attending the course will have a break from 14:00 p.m. to 15:00 p.m. for lunch (cost not included as it is a free course). |

Methodology |
Consolidated learning through the combination of theoretical explanation and practical application in exercises of the Design Thinking methodology.
Design Thinking is a method conceptually developed at Stanford University (California) and that is widely implemented both for product design and development, as well as services, customer experience, IT projects, etc. It is an agile methodology, which combines creativity and iterative processes of continuous improvement.
