Contents

CONTENTS AND MODELS USED:

• MOTIVATORS (TTI SUCCESS INSIGHT): what is it that moves your collaborator? Why does he do what he does?
• BEHAVIORS (TARGET DISC): how to communicate with each of your collaborators and not have the feeling that they don't understand you? What skills of your collaborators are critical to their position? To what extent do they have them developed?
• LEADERSHIP (SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP): What is my natural style of leadership? What leadership style to apply to each of my collaborators according to their level of ability and their level of motivation?
• ROLES (ROLES DE BELBIN): the nine roles that must be present in every team, which ones are present? Do I miss any?

These areas implicitly involve working as well:

• COMPETENCIES: Which competencies are critical to my performance?
• MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES: Align each collaborator's own personal objectives with the general objectives of the company. And avoid the so-called "Silos Theory:" inability to work efficiently between the areas or business units that comprise them.
• PRODUCTIVITY (HARADA METHOD): More than "time management" we speak of "knowing how to prioritize"

METHODOLOGY:

• Three face-to-face sessions or e-learning pills with fifteen days between them combined with real practices in the workplace: “on the job training”.
• Dynamization and support of the coach in practices between sessions.
• One month of follow-up counting from the end of the face-to-face sessions.
