LEADERSHIP TRAINING COURSE FOR MANAGERS AND INTERMEDIATE COMMANDS

Perfect the skills necessary to lead people and achieve goals.

Contents

CONTENTS AND MODELS USED:

• MOTIVATORS (TTI SUCCESS INSIGHT): what moves your collaborator? Why does he do what he does?
• BEHAVIORS (TARGET DISC): how to communicate with each of your collaborators and not have the feeling that they do not understand you? What competencies of your collaborators are critical for their position? To what extent are they developed?
• LEADERSHIP (SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP): What is my natural leadership style? What leadership style should I apply to each of my collaborators according to their level of ability and their level of motivation?
• ROLES (BELBIN ROLES): the nine roles that must be present in every team. Which ones are present? do i miss any? 

These areas implicitly imply working also:

• COMPETENCIES: What competencies are critical to my performance? 
• MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES: Align one's own personal objectives and that of each collaborator with the general ones of the company. And avoid the so-called "Silos Theory:" inability to work efficiently between the areas or business units that comprise them.
• PRODUCTIVITY (HARADA METHOD): More than "time management" we speak of "knowing how to prioritize" 

METHODOLOGY:

• Three face-to-face sessions or e-learning pills with fifteen days between them combined with real practices in the workplace: “on the job training”. 
• Dynamization and support of the coach in the practices between sessions.
• One month of follow-up counting from the end of the face-to-face sessions.

Certificate of attendance issued by AIDIMME. Minimum attendance of 75% of the teaching hours.

Associated companies: € 495 + 21% VAT / Non-associated companies: € 594 + 21% VAT. AIDIMME as the organizing entity of FUNDAE will be able to manage the corresponding bonus for each company at no additional cost.
