DESIGN OF MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING PRODUCTS (UC-3): HOW TO PREPARE THE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION OF THE PRODUCTS

Services

Develop professional activity in the Production Department dedicated to Mechanical Manufacturing in companies, both self-employed and employed.

Introduction

The contents of this course are part of the knowledge required to design products to be obtained by mechanical manufacturing, taking into account the regulations
applicable regarding quality, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection.

This course belongs to Competence Unit No. 3 of the Professional Certificate "Design of Mechanical Manufacturing Products".

Addressed to

Active workers and unemployed people from the Valencian Community interested in these issues.

Objectives

1. Draw the plans of the designed product, based on the assembly plans, taking into account the manufacturing process and respecting the applicable regulations for occupational risk prevention and environmental protection.

2. Draw the plans of the automated operating processes of mechanical manufacturing products, based on the power and control diagrams of the pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-pneumatic and electro-hydraulic circuits.

3. Prepare the technical dossier of the mechanically manufactured product, collecting instructions for use and maintenance, assembly plans, diagrams, list of spare parts, among others.

4. Keep updated and organized the technical documentation necessary for the development of the mechanical manufacturing product.
