Introduction

The ISO 166006: 2018 standard develops the main aspects for the implementation of a Surveillance and Intelligence system in the company. This activity is part of the company's R & D & i management area, although it has a clear relationship with other business processes to create added value such as product development or eco-design. At present, it is a business area of ​​growing interest, given the importance of knowing the evolution of a complex environment and the availability of current digital tools.
