Promote wood in those uses that, due to the general belief that it is short-lived, flammable, etc., does not have a commercial impact, informing about the available treatments, their effectiveness, how to carry them out and how to measure the final behavior.

Bachelor of Chemical Sciences (Organic Chemistry orientation) from the University of Valencia. With experience in the sectors of surface finishes in general and paints and varnishes in particular since 1991. Experience of more than 20 years in analysis of defects in surface finishes generated in the furniture industry. His participation in projects over the years has also allowed him to acquire applied knowledge in surface finishes as well as other materials in our industry (adhesives, fabrics, plastics, boards, woods, etc ...). Professional with long experience in expert reports for companies in the wood-furniture sector. As a teacher, he transmits all his knowledge to his students, interspersing the theoretical / practical part with many examples,

Stephane García is a very versatile person and is capable of transmitting knowledge at any level, making the subject approachable, regardless of the student's prior knowledge. In addition to his extensive experience as a trainer, we must add his great dynamism that aims to connect and involve students in training so that all parties meet their objectives.
IBIZA PALACIOS, Mª DE SALES
 
He obtained his PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Valencia, in the Department of Biochemical Genetics, on bioinsecticides based on Bacillus thuringiensis.
He is currently a Senior Technician in the Materials and Products section at AIDIMME. She is responsible for the AIDIMME Microbiology and Entomology laboratories. She manages the performance of biological tests on the efficacy of wood protectors against wood rot fungi and xylophagous insects. She is an expert in the new NIMF15 phytosanitary regulations regarding the commercial spread of pests in wooden packaging.
