FREE TRAINING: LEAN MANUFACTURING APPLIED TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF OPERATIONS. (1st Edition).

Services

The participant will learn to question the validity of their current processes, identifying waste (what is not necessary) that reduce their efficiency on a day-to-day basis. In addition, you will know the theoretical foundations of the different Lean Manufacturing tools, you will know in what order it is advisable to approach them, as well as what results to expect from each one of them, thus obtaining a solid initial starting point for the implementation of said tools in its production plant.

Introduction

The (continuous) increase in efficiency and productivity in manufacturing and logistics processes is an objective of the operations departments of every company. "Lean Manufacturing" systems have been implemented for decades in "top" sectors such as the automotive or aeronautical sectors.
To address a process of change (achieve continuous improvement in our plant) we must learn to question current work standards, know the tools that help us identify the origin of current inefficiencies, as well as those organizational solutions by which we can Opt for change and improvement. Lean Manufacturing is the "toolbox" that we must carry with us (and know how to use in each particular case) to address this process of change in the plant.
