This training program provides the participant with practical tools to successfully develop their role as leader, communicate better with their team and promote a change in the attitude of their collaborators.

   -Verbal and non-verbal communication: everything communicates.
   -Direct conversations: use of questions and active listening.
   -Maximize the quality of communication.

SESSION 2. Attributes and functions of a people manager.
•Motivation of people.
•What do the team members expect from the leader?
•Leadership approaches: discover your own leadership style.
•Balance team, tasks and functions.

SESSION 3. The success of a team leader.
•Setting goals: SMART.
•Monitoring, support and control of results.
•Conversation of improvement and feedback for:
    -Recognize and reinforce progress.
    -Achieve changes (behavior, attitude, results).
    -Promote responsibility through commitment.

SESSION 4. Address yourself.
•How to plan for success.
•Evaluation of priorities.
•Self-analysis: how are you using your time?
• Habit of postponing tasks (procrastination): how to combat it.
•“Time thieves”: identify and search for solutions.

SESSION 5. Management of the environment and relationships.
•Effective management of work meetings.
•Learn to delegate: The ABC of delegation.
•Learn to say “NO”.
• Conflict management:
   -Different styles of behavior/personality.
   -Types of conflict.
   -Causes and consequences of the conflict
   -Avoid and manage conflicts
•Management of situations that generate stress.



Mode of delivery



This training program is based on experiential activities and dynamics.
It is created to acquire and strengthen leadership skills and knowledge, discovering and enhancing the talent of the participants. The dynamics and workshops will teach them to communicate effectively with their collaborators and fully inspire them to achieve extraordinary results.
