Objectives |
The main objective of the course is to facilitate the first contact with the BIM methodology by applying the REVIT software to be able to develop a basic project with it. |
Contents |
The transfer of knowledge focuses on the modeling that collects all those orders necessary to build/design digitally and on the necessary documentation based on the modeling that we have carried out. Also, how to extract the information from REVIT, from a brief introduction to the tables to the generation and printing of project plans.
1. FUNDAMENTALS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT.

• Levels, grids and sections.

2. BASIC MODELING.
• Modeling of walls.
• Insertion of doors and windows.
• Insertion of toilets and furniture.

• Floors, ceilings and roofs.
3. BASIC INTRODUCTION TO THE STRUCTURE.
• Pillars, footings and beams.
4. CIRCULATIONS.
• Modeling of stairs.
• Modeling of ramps.
• Modeling of railings.
5. TOPOGRAPHY.
• True north and project north.
• Topography.
• Platforms.
• Level curves.
6. BASIC DOCUMENTATION.
• Views: creation of views.
• Rooms and areas.
• Dimensions and labeling of elements.
• Introduction to tables.

7. LAYOUT.
• Assembly of plans.

Methodology |
Experiential through a practical case. The students will develop the initial phases of a project taking into account aspects such as: the presentation of each objective, the sample of how to do it, the application of the strategy in the project, as well as clarifications, reflections, tips and constructive conditions. And all this combined with subsequent regressions to these concepts in order to favor the internalization and anchoring of the transferred knowledge.
