The participant will learn to evaluate the efficiency of production processes by calculating the OEE, either manually, semi-automatically or automatically, as well as the necessary requirements in each case.
Likewise, you will learn the theoretical and practical foundations of a method to apply continuous improvement based on the measurements made.

Introduction |
The (continuous) increase in efficiency and productivity in manufacturing processes is an objective of the operations departments of any company. But to establish any improvement process it is necessary to have information.
One of the most widely used indicators in any industry is OEE, which measures the overall efficiency of equipment based on three key factors: quality, utilization and speed. Conceptually, it is a simple indicator, although its practical application is more difficult than might be expected in principle.
This course shows the main keys that allow to obtain and interpret this indicator in a coherent way, as well as the systems that allow to automate its calculation in a relatively simple way.
