1-COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION WITH DISC.

Objective:
 
Understand how people work to build bridges in communication and become a master of interpersonal communication to be able to persuade and positively influence your negotiations.
 
Content:
 
-Basics of communication and how it is interrelated with DISC.
-How the DISC model works (scientific basis).
-How to identify different interlocutor profiles.
-How to adapt and create that intelligent interpersonal communication strategy that brings us closer to our goals.
 
2-COACHING TOOLS TO MANAGE TEAMS. The toolbox of high performance teams.

Objective:

Provide participants with practical tools to raise awareness in their work teams and thus improve relationships and results

Content:

-Your systemic glasses. Difference between work group and high performance team. systemic laws.
-The 5 Cs of high performance teams Vs the 5 dysfunctions: Trust is the key.
-Taking measures to the communication of your team. Conversations of high performance teams. Feedback, meetings, conflicts and conversational intelligence.
-How does your team vibrate? Resonant teams: “your ideal team” Vs “your real team”. Where are you and where do you want to be?

3-EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES
 
Objective:
 
Know the key leadership behaviors for superior performance and acquire effective leadership tools to obtain excellent results
 
Content:

-Leading uncertainty: what has changed and what is still valid in the post-pandemic world? A strategic reflection.
-Lead the transformation: change processes in organizations. Psychological stages and most effective behaviors in each one.
-Lead the difference: what managerial styles are the most appropriate to generate a culture of growth and development? How to identify and apply the best style to each person?
-Virtual leadership: resources to combat pandemic fatigue and work effectively remotely.

4-STRESS MANAGEMENT AND EMOTIONAL REGULATION
 
Objective:
 
Reflect on the lifestyle that generates stress and the difficulty in incorporating healthy habits. Know the causes of stress and implement coping and prevention measures in the work environment and in personal life through the practice of mindfulness.

-What stresses us? Prevention and symptoms of Burnout syndrome.
-Develop mental calm in the midst of daily tasks.
-A stronger mind. Cope with uncertainty and change. Generate more positive emotions.
-The importance of self-care in the context of work
-Strategies to integrate this training in everyday life.
