Meetings are one of the biggest time stealers in business. Starting at the intermediate management level, we dedicate approximately 60% of our effective working time to participate in them. Ricardo has held management positions for more than twenty-five years in the areas of General Management and Commercial Management in private companies, and in the Autonomous Administration. Currently he is dedicated to mentoring executives and commercials, he collaborates with SMEs advising the Management and is an executive coach. |
