Introduction

Business management is facing a period of upheaval and high uncertainty in the markets. Given this, conventional strategic tools need to adapt, reducing planning times and continually taking work teams out of their comfort zone. For this, it is necessary to know the new strategic paradigms and delve into concepts such as organizational agility, scenario management and the rapid exploitation of new business opportunities.

Contents

Four one-hour sessions, presented by professionals from the AIDIMME Strategy and Market Analysis Section.
Each session consists of the following structure: 1) review of strategic concepts; 2) presentation of sectoral data; 3) intervention of invited professionals; 4) discussion with the participants in the session.
The central themes of each session will be:
- Growth forecasts (Session 1)

- Trends in sales channels (Session 3)

Methodology

Cycle of four sessions with a different proposal where the AIDIMME team of market analysts talks live about the critical factors of competitiveness in an environment of maximum uncertainty in the markets. Presentation of sector data, analysis on sales, margins and profitability, interventions by company guests, and express discussions. All this in a conversational format that escapes from the master session, with the possibility of participation by the participants.

Degree in Market Research and Techniques, Diploma in Business Studies and Master in Marketing and Market Research. Senior analyst, in AIDIMME since 2006. Professional experience of 1 year in banking and 14 years in projects and services of Competitive Intelligence and market innovation. Cristina is a dynamic teacher who enjoys guiding students and work groups towards the application of market information in the company.
PORCAR GUERRERO, RAFAEL SERGIO
 
Degree in Economics and Business Administration, Research Proficiency (DEA) in Applied Economics. Senior analyst, in AIDIMME since 2017. Professional experience of 6 years as a researcher in urban, housing and territorial economy, 2 years as a consultant and teacher of management ERP and 11 years as an analyst in projects and services of Competitive Intelligence and innovation of market.
