Unemployed people registered in the Espai Labora of the Valencian Community (Employment Office), who have a minimum of ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education), or have obtained the title of a Level 1 Professional Certificate of Wood / Furniture Family, or title of a Level 2 Professional Certificate from any professional family. |
Objectives |
Acquire knowledge for the use of Lean and quality management tools, process design and simulation, and data acquisition and treatment for optimization, productivity and efficiency improvement in product design and manufacturing. |
Contents |
Module 1: Tools for improving productivity.
1. Management by processes in companies in the metal sector
2. Practical application of quality management systems (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001) and risk prevention (ISO 45001).
3. Application of LEAN MANUFACTURING in companies
4. Other tools: 5S, SMEC, TPM, OEE…
Duration: 50 hours.
Module 2: Basic machine design and programming tools.
1. Design software for product development – solidworks.
2. Other design software – general functionality and selection criteria
Duration: 140 hours.
Module 3: Tools for digitizing processes and data analysis.
1. Data capture. Introduction to the sensorization of machines and processes
2. Data analysis: MES Software, Big Data, Cybersecurity.
Duration: 50 hours.
