AIDIMME's Mechanical and Metallic Materials Testing Laboratory is a technological benchmark in the evaluation and characterization of industrial materials and components, offering companies a comprehensive service, ranging from the analysis of raw materials to the validation of the final product, guaranteeing its reliability, safety and regulatory compliance.

Thanks to our extensive technical capabilities, high-performance equipment, and highly specialized personnel, we help our clients optimize their product design, preventing service failures and improving their market competitiveness. Our laboratory is accredited according to the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, ensuring the reliability and international recognition of the tests performed in accordance with national and international standards. In addition to testing, we provide expert technical advice, supporting companies in certification, homologation, and compliance with legal and technical requirements.

At AIDIMME we combine testing, knowledge and experience that allows us to offer the service of fault diagnosis or root cause analysis on industrial components, identifying pathologies derived from mechanical stresses or corrosion, offering alternatives or solutions in the design change to improve the reliability of the product.

The laboratories available are:

Laboratory for sample preparation, macro and micro studies, pin on disk tests, scrap, dilatometry and DSC.

Mechanical testing laboratory with different universal testing machines with capacities of 10KN, 100KN, 600KN.

Equipment for determining Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers hardness and equipment for impact testing at different temperatures.

In addition to a test bench with a capacity of 250KN on different actuators (3) giving flexibility to carry out all types of tests.
