"IMOLAB" IMOLAB - R&D PROJECT FOR THE DEFINITION AND DEVELOPMENT OF A DISTRIBUTED INTELLIGENT MOBILITY LABORATORY DESCRIPTION This project proposes to develop an intelligent mobility laboratory (iMoLab) through a coordinated R&D action that makes it possible to have prototypes/demonstrators of a distributed intelligent mobility laboratory. OBJECTIVES •Define and develop a decentralized network of laboratories located in the facilities of the IITTs. •Validate and demonstrate the capabilities of the decentralized laboratory network by carrying out demonstration activities. •Validate and demonstrate the capabilities of the virtual simulation environment. •Conceptually define and develop physical facilities in which to test prototypes of mobility products and services in an urban and dynamic environment. This network is made up of nodes or beacons prepared to be located in environments both 'in door' as urban. Plug-in devices have been added to this network that, through BLE communications, are capable of determining in real time the position of a network node, whether fixed or mobile.
